Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what it does not collect. It is written to match what the app actually does. If anything here disagrees with the app's behaviour, treat it as a bug and tell us.

What we collect

You do not need an account to use this app. Browsing deals, copying coupon codes, saving items to your watchlist and receiving price-drop alerts all work without signing in.
What we do not collect
- Your location
- Payment or financial details — purchases are handled entirely by Google Play, and we never see your card
- Your photos, files, contacts, calendar, messages, microphone or camera
- What you do on retailer websites. When you tap through to a store, that page opens in your own browser. We cannot see what you browse or buy there.
What stays only on your phone
These never leave your device and we cannot see them:
- Your watchlist and price targets
- Your bookmarks
- Which coupon codes you have voted on
- Whether you have removed ads, and any ad-free time you have earned
Advertising
The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which may use your advertising ID and share it with its advertising partners to select ads. If you are in a region that requires it, you will be asked for consent the first time you open the app, and you can change that choice at any time from Settings → Privacy options.
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Android settings, under Privacy → Ads.
A one-time purchase removes all ads.
Notifications
Deal alerts are off by default. You choose whether to turn them on, in Settings, and you can turn them off again at any time. Price-drop alerts for items on your watchlist are generated on your own device.
Links to other companies' websites
The app links out to retailers. Those sites have their own privacy policies and terms, and this policy does not cover them. We may earn a commission when you buy something after following one of our links; this never changes the price you pay.
Where your data is held
Account and catalogue data is stored using Google Firebase. Data is encrypted in transit.
Children
This app is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data associated with your account, correct it, or delete it — including deleting your account entirely. Email contact@zoopet.in and we will action it. Uninstalling the app removes everything stored on your device.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
