Delete your account or data
How to request deletion
- Email contact@zoopet.in from the address used for your app account.
- Use the subject “Coupon Codes account deletion”.
- Say whether you want your entire account deleted or only specified account data.
We may ask you to confirm ownership of the email address before deleting account data. We will acknowledge the request and complete it within 30 days.
What will be deleted
- Your app account and authentication association
- Your email address and name held for that account
- Account-linked preferences and activity that can be associated with you
Bookmarks, watchlists and price targets stored only on your device are removed when you clear the app data or uninstall the app.
What may be retained
We may retain the minimum records required to prevent fraud, resolve security incidents, or meet legal obligations. Those records are isolated from active product use and kept only for the legally required period. De-identified aggregate analytics cannot be linked back to your account.
